Where it started
Music opened the door. The mission grew from there.
Since 2020, The Veteran Anthem has performed veteran-focused concerts for governments and municipalities across Georgia. Those events created trusted points of connection. The next stage links that trust to career, housing, and support opportunities.

Dr. Takosha Swan, Founder of The Veteran Anthem
Dr. Swan served in the U.S. Army during the Iraq War and later in the Georgia Army National Guard. She also served seven years on the Georgia Department of Veterans Service board.
That experience helped shape a simple idea: veterans should not have to connect every resource on their own.
